TRAINING FOR AGES 5-8 YEARS OLD

This is for our youngest athletes, ages 5-8. We offer intro to sports, a program that lays the foundation for athleticism and coordination while also building mental toughness, confidence, and self-esteem. Here athletes will learn about body movement, proper technique, and body-weight exercises.
