About The Program
Our Homeschool P.E. program is designed to help kids in grades K–6 build strength, agility, and confidence through fun, structured workouts. Each unit focuses on athletic foundations—like speed, coordination, and injury prevention—while keeping kids engaged with games and multi-sport activities.
At the same time, moms can enjoy a Sculpt Pilates class, creating a unique family fitness hour where everyone leaves stronger together.

Unit 6: Multi-Sport Fun
This unit builds the core skills every young athlete needs: balance, coordination, and body control. Through games and movement drills, kids will develop confidence in how their bodies move and prepare for more advanced skills later in the year. Dates: Sept 9, 16, 23, 30, & October 7
Kids will learn how to jump higher, move faster, and build power safely. From obstacle courses to explosive relay races, this unit makes developing strength and quickness exciting and fun. Dates: October 14, 21, 28, November 4, & 18th
Agility ladders, cone drills, and tag-inspired games keep kids on their toes—literally! This unit focuses on fast feet, reaction time, and quick changes of direction, all while building endurance and having a blast. Dates: December 2, 9, 16, Jan. 6, 13
Age-appropriate strength training meets fun challenges. Kids will learn how to use their own body weight to build strength, improve endurance, and develop healthy exercise habits they can use for life. Dates: Jan. 20, 27, Feb. 3, 10, 17
Strong athletes know how to take care of their bodies. This unit teaches kids proper stretching, mobility, and recovery techniques to keep them healthy, flexible, and ready to play—plus they’ll learn how to prevent common sports injuries. Dates: Feb. 24, March 3, 10, 24, 31
The ultimate wrap-up! Kids will put all their new skills into action through a variety of sports and games, including basketball, soccer, flag football, and more. This unit emphasizes teamwork, friendly competition, and the joy of movement. Dates: April 7, 14, 21 28, May 5
