Service Description
Our Speed & Agility program is designed to help student-athletes unlock their athletic potential through fun, high-energy training sessions. Athletes will focus on the essential foundations of performance, including: Speed Development: Sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, and proper running form to increase quickness and top-end speed. Agility & Change of Direction: Cone drills, ladder work, and reaction-based exercises that sharpen footwork and help athletes move efficiently in every direction. Strength & Power: Plyometrics, core stability, and body-weight strength training to build explosive power while reducing the risk of injury. Conditioning & Endurance: High-intensity circuits that improve stamina, giving athletes the ability to perform at their best from start to finish. Each class is age-appropriate, competitive, and encouraging—helping middle and high school athletes build confidence, athleticism, and a strong foundation that translates to success in any sport.
