High School DB/LB Skills Class

Service Description

This class is built for high school athletes determined to dominate the defensive side of the ball. Training focuses on advanced defensive back and linebacker techniques that translate directly to Friday night lights and beyond: Elite Footwork & Agility: Sharp transitions, explosive reactions, and speed in coverage. Coverage Mastery: Press and off-man techniques, zone recognition, and ball-hawking skills. Physical Play: Advanced tackling, leverage, block destruction, and contact confidence. Film & Football IQ: Reading routes, diagnosing plays, and developing instinctual decision-making. Athletes will be pushed with high-intensity drills, competitive reps, and game-like scenarios to sharpen their craft, build confidence, and prepare for the next level.
